Hello, My name is NaeNae and I am a Deaf/Hard of Hearing Yoga teacher. I have been teaching Yoga for 7+ years now. I am currently a 500 hour certified Yoga teacher. The main 2 types of Yoga I teach are Hatha and Yin. I teach in beginner friendly format. I do offer other levels for those in need. I teach Yoga in ASL and if a hearing is present, I simcom. I provide access for the D/HH (deaf/hard of hearing) communities as well as the hearing to bridge the connection. My goal in teaching Yoga is to find that self-care you deserve and to prioritize yourself then everything else can come after. I look forward to connecting with you. :)
