In our work together, I bring in Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic approaches, existential and humanistic therapy, spiritual integration, and a social justice lens. My approach is relational, holistic, and deeply human. I believe healing can be hard yet magical, messy yet beautiful, sometimes all at once.
