As a DeafBlind licensed clinical social worker in Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia (DMV), I bring extensive experience in providing community-based and telemental health services in both group practice and agency settings, particularly serving Deaf, DeafBlind, and Hard of Hearing communities. In my private psychotherapy practice, HeartForza Mental Wellness & Consulting, I prioritize tailoring to each individual’s unique needs. Certainly, life can throw us off balance, leaving us feeling “off”. Each client writes their own stories and comes with their unique “terms and conditions” of how they want to heal and thrive. Clients can expect to leave sessions with a greater sense of clarity and confidence. Together, we develop meaningful therapeutic goals while creating space for clients to feel validated and supported.
